Cooking de Janicita ? “Coco-cado” Smoothie

“Coco-cado” Smoothie | Since I have been eating a lot during CNY, today I decided to make a smoothie, inspired by the edible flowers and leaves I bought yday. | Ingredients : avocado+coconut milk+figs+spinach(“Okinawa” purple/“Longevity”)+moringa leaves+blue pea flowers+turmeric powder+Chia seeds+sunflower seeds | Moringa I first discovered it as a powder together with maca in Mexico. I really like the leaves though which are high in vit c and antioxidants. Very versatile uses indeed ! | Finally I decided to garnish the smoothie with flowers yellow(“ixora”)+purple(“malabar gooseberry”) | Added a pinch of salt too which is “my thing”. I would try adding more sunflower seeds the next time too cos I really like the nutty taste. You can also play around the proportions according to your tastebuds! |~
