Coconut Curried Quinoa with Olive oil fried garlic tempeh+white dragon fruit+pomegranate TOPPED with cilantro+garlic chips+lime juice |
So this is the other plating I did (see previous post on round plating) and it seemed that more people prefer this one. To be honest I like both but the round one is not my usual style and visually more symmetrical. Always good to push yourself out of your comfort zone!
