Cooking de Janicita ? Curried Tempeh+Dragon fruit with Janicita’s special sauce Ramen TOPPED with lime juice+red chilli |

So I was thinking of a different way to cook tempeh and came up with this Indian fusion version – galangal+Indian pre-mix spices+red curry powder+garlic+pepper+salt+
coconut sugar .
For the organic ramen from @thezeroways (I love your noodles!) and Chinese Spinach, I used the balance oil from the tempeh and added garlic+home made vegetable stock+sesame oil+pepper+salt. |
Best thing ever – my Mom loved this version of the tempeh and commented that my stir fry noodles (vegetarian) always seemed tastier than hers! And FYI my mom isn’t a big fan of my fusion food.
Will keep on exploring and pushing taste buds of people around me. |
