Cooking de Janicita šŸ„— Mushroom Beancurd Skin Stew TOPPED with cilantro+sunflower seeds

So I passed by a traditional medicinal shop in @chinatownsingapore the other day and was inspired to make a Chinese dish using dried ingredients | I used ginger+garlic+green peppers+red chilli+dried shiitake Mushrooms+enoki mushrooms+dried black fungus+dried beancurd skin+goji berries
For the sauce seasoning, I used soya sauce+olive oil+sesame oil+coconut vinegar+rice wine +black pepper. Also I used the mushroom water of the dried shiitake mushrooms |

All the ingredients took the spicy sweet and savoury flavours of the sauce! Eat with rice or egg noodles, seasoned only in sesame oil+the sauce of the stew Birthday Boy @lukey.christian I hope you enjoyed my first attempt at making this Chinese dish. And yes the champagne went very well with it. |~
