Cooking de Janicita ? Okra Kailan Beancurd Coconut Curry served with cilantro brown rice + curried cashews +curry leaves+golden raisins

I cooked this dish for one of my fave persons @alina_hertslet sometime back when we had a girly catchup | The curry is made with curry powder+mustard seeds+coriander seeds+cayenne powder+turmeric powder+ginger+garlic+tomatoes+chillies+coconut milk
For this time, I added green leafy veggies “Kailan” which worked with the curry. For the rice, boil it with chopped cilantro ( I always use herbs that are not so fresh so as to waste not) to give it that nice touch of flavour to complement the curry. |
Defo would make this hearty combo again and perhaps make it spicier. ?
