So I recently learnt from Richard and Erica @zeng_erica about grated cauliflower mimicking texture of rice. | Today I decided to do a Chinese style fried ā€œriceā€ using baby oyster mushrooms+Chinese celery+spring onion+garlic+soya sauce+sesame oil+goji berries+sesame seeds+sunflower seeds | Squeeze some orange juice on the cauliflower rice and kale – a lovely sweet savoury bitter pairing with the salad.

So in love with this Toscano kale which is grown organically in Singapore – so good that it is BEST eaten raw with lemon/orange juice! šŸ˜‹
