Cooking de Janicita đŸ„— “Crowned” on a salad

Pan fried King Oyster Mushrooms “crowned” on a salad of red cabbage+young corn+yellow cherry tomatoes+fresh garlic+garlic pumpkin seeds+white sesame+almonds+fresh basil | First time cooking these mushrooms and must say they were so delicious being cooked only in butter+garlic+salt+pepper. The salad dressing I decided to give it an asian twist – coconut vinegar with ginger and chilli + olive oil+salt+pepper | Overall very satisfying and a great alternative to a standard salad! .
